Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Zorry. We want you to love what you ordered — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


1. Returns Eligibility

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • All original tags and labels must be intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Earrings or hygiene-related products (due to safety and hygiene reasons)


3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Please note that shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at [hello@zorry.co] with your order number and clear photos of the product. We’ll replace or refund the item at no extra cost.

  • Item(s) you wish to return
