We aim to ensure your order reaches you quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how we handle deliveries.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
During new launches, sales, or festive periods, order processing may take slightly longer — but we promise it’s worth the wait!

You’ll receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order has been successfully placed and another notification when it has been shipped.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Metro cities: 3–6 business days

  • Non-metro cities: 5–9 business days

  • Remote areas: 7–12 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances. Once dispatched, Zorry is not liable for any delays caused by courier partners or external factors.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid orders: Free shipping on orders above ₹699.

  • Orders below ₹679: A standard shipping fee of ₹79 applies.

  • COD orders: Additional ₹50 COD handling charge applies.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp/SMS.
You can use this link to monitor your order status in real-time until it reaches your doorstep.


5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and pin code are entered correctly at checkout.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping charges will apply.

Zorry is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.


6. Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items

We take great care while packing your order, but if you receive:

  • a damaged,

  • wrong, or

  • missing item,

please contact us at hello@zorry.co within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the package.
We’ll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund (as per our Return & Refund Policy).


7. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. We’ll announce international shipping soon — stay tuned!
